Message error on xp 8900
Hi I just bought a EVGA GTX 1070 SC video card and installed it into my xps 8900 with a Corsair CM 650 PSU which I bought recently too, after I turned the PC on I got a error message saying "please power down and connect the pie cables for all graphics cards...what does that mean ?

Sounds like the video card needs a direct PCI power connection to the power supply because it doesn't get enough power from the PCI-e slot.
See if that Corsair PSU has a PCI connector and connect it to the video card. If the PSU doesn't have a PCI connector, you'll either have to use a different PSU or a different video card.
