God i remember the Day during the 700 fiasco that someone called in an blasted the poor soul they had on that day about the whole 700 mess and the poor guy had to leave the broadcast..Sure Qvc enacted some type of checks to make sure that woun't happen again...LOL

Now, if he can only fix India support.

You are right he cares about the company, not the Customers.

"At least he has good intentions"

You are always so nice to people, even when you don't know them.  :smileyhappy:

I am sure his intentions are all about the price of Dell stock. I am not knocking him, just delivering the truth.

I mean QVC? come on, who buys a computer for 50% more from a 24/7  Infomercial?

I think he should have about 50 of those India support people standing there with him on the set as he pushes his product. All of them holding signs saying  "One moment please, while I pull up your records"  "Press 3 for...."  "I am sorry all of our represenatives are busy, please hold"

Feel free to add to my signs that you think they should be holding.

I am sorry, Support has to be the biggest downfall for Dell.

They did not even check to see if my computer came with XP or Vista
AND they did not know it took f8 to do the restore for a Dimension E521 with Vista

F11 will restore it back to XP the way came and i keep telling them it came with Vista
and they hung up on me:smileyindifferent: now how's that for support!

All business's are out for themselves, wake up, it's 2007, they don't care about us, they all care about their bank accounts, and their net worth. Anyone who thinks any different is,,,,, well,,,,I won't go any farther than that.

I agree with gdwrnch3
nothing like a capitalist society, depending on businesses making their stockholders happy!
