Hi, this happened to me also. I don't know if yours is the same problem or not but what happened is somehow in my Outlook settings my settings for my in coming and outgoing mail got messed up. Make sure that they both are set at what they should be. Mine had some strange numbers that I have know idea where they came from. I found out later that some anti-virus applications can do this? If that's not it I don't know, sorry. Good Luck!

I'm having a problem with my E-mail in outlook. My own fault; I was trying to do some password protects and now I am locked out and can't get to receive my e-mails. Any ideas on how I can change or get the password stuff off without knowing what I put into the password?

i can give you a step by step way of solving this but it's more convenient if you contact the system administrator of your internet service provider. the numbers primary DNS and secondary DNS are given by them too.. good luck..
