Monitor stuck in power save mode
Whenever I turn on my computer, the monitor doesn't turn on, but the computer does. When I turn on my monitor, it says "entering power save mode". Whenever I press any other buttons on my monitor, it says "there is no signal coming from your computer" and tells me to use my keyboard or mouse to wake it up and switch to another source. I've tried that, but it didn't work. I've tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, but that didn't work. How do I fix this?

Always include exact PC model and version of Windows in your posts.
Can you test this monitor on a different PC or a different monitor on this PC?
How do you know the PC turns on if there's nothing on the monitor?

Did you check the cable connection between monitor and PC at both ends?
Can you test this monitor on a different PC or a different monitor on this PC?
Your computer has four lights labeled 1, 2, 3, and 4 on the front panel. Do they all go off when PC boots? If not, look up error code in the manual:

That suggests either a video card, or video cable connection, or monitor issue.
Test the monitor or try a different one to narrow things down.
