Multiple Recovery Partitions
After this was upgraded to Windows 10, I reset it back to the factory Windows 8 then upgraded to Windows 8.1. Now there is a bunch of Recovery partitions. Can something be done with these?
How would I know which is the one I need to keep?
The hard drive has four Recovery Partitions, one is 450 MB, one is 451, one is 490 MB, and one is 11.81 GB.

Those partitions are all required -- one allows boot in UEFI mode, the other in legacy mode and the large partition contains the recovery image. You can make a recovery flash drive and then do away with the recovery partitions altogether -- though before you do that, make sure the flash drive you make DOES boot the system.
