"MBA - UNDI initialize failed, no media detected"

 

then after hitting Ctrl + Alt + B;

 

"PXE -E61: Media Test Failure check cable 68"

 

My pc is not hooked up to a network or an internet connection, nor will it be. I just need it to boot up normally, but after i see the initial dell screen after startup it halts at the PXE msg. 

 

Before I could work with the MBA settings, but now the comp stays on course to the PXE msg and then halts no matter what key(s) I hit.

 

The make/model is a GX150 Optiplex w/a cd & floppy drive, however, when I could access Ctrl + alt + D, I noticed that both these devices were showing as not installed... 

 

Please let me know what i need to do in order to get this baby to the login prompt screen again!!!
