Need USB 2.0 Driver
I purchased a Dell Dimension 8200 desktop PC with an added USB 2.0 card (by NEC? I think?) I just received it this week.
I just did a re-install of Windows XP Home Edition (to partition the HD) and I need to get the latest driver for my USB 2.0 card. I couldn't find it on any of the Dell Support CDs that came with the system. I also searched the download area of the Dell Support site, but I couldn't find any drivers for the USB 2.0 adapter.
Can you help?

Try going to the windows update site. If your USB 2.0 controller has a yellow ! in device manager running the update should display the windows drivers to download.
USB 2.0
The final release version of the Microsoft USB 2.0 drivers for Windows XP is available at the Windows Update Site. The driver is designated Microsoft USB Driver Version 5.1.2600.0.
