netcfg.hlp File
After I changed over to a different internet server I find myself unable to access the internet by clicking on the icon in my Network Connections. I receive the message: Unable to locate netcfg.hlp File. Please download. On my original internet servers icon I never had this problem. Where can I find the file so I can download it?

If you are running Windows XP, place your XP Reinstallation CD in the drive. Go to Start|Run, type cmd and click OK. At the command prompt type:
expand X:\i386\netcfg.hl_ c:\windows\help\netcfg.hlp and
The file will be expanded and placed in the appropriate location.
In the command string substitute the drive letter of your CD-ROM drive for X and note there is a space after "expand" and between "hl_" and "c:\".
