No Audio OutPut Device is installed

Question

Lost all sound got drivers but get this msg No Audio OutPut Device is Installed. My system:   Dell Dimension E521   AND Athlon(tm) 64 x2 Dull core processor 5000+ 2.60GHz Memory 2046 MB System Type 32 Bit Audio Sigma tel high definition audio CODEC Graphics 256MB ATI Radeon X1300 Pro   Was not given a disc so dont know how to instal the device Thank you for your help in advance. Sorry I forgot i am on Vista Home Premium do i still use the same download.

HI there is still no sound with this down load but when i put the cursor over the speaker icon it come up with Volume 0 speakers sigmatel hi definition Audio codec. I also have an option to open volume mixer which i did not have before but when i open it it says no audio device instaled.
