"no signal" message
ok so i just opened my pc to look inside and clean it.. then put it back together
i plugged everything in the back back in
then i turned the surge protector on
then i turned on the power supply at the back of my computer
(i had to replace it cuz the stock one died)
then i pushed the button on the front
then turned the monitor on
----
when i pushed the button on the front... the light on the left side looking at it turned orange.. then i had the green one on the right blinking like normal (like it's thinking)... the orange light is supposed to be green
when i turned the monitor on.. the light turns from green to orange quickly
(like turning the monitor on when the computer is off) and the monitor says no signal.
----
when the orange lights are on.. i can open and close the cd drives. - so there's definitely power going to it
i looked inside and made sure everything was in order
the mother board LED was on
also on the back, none of the diagnostic lights are on
----
i removed all the pci cards including the video, the plugged the monitor into the stock slot.
i removed all the RAM
i unplugged the CD drive, DVD drive, Floppy drive, and Hard drive
----
i have no idea what's going on.. please help me.

if you removed the video card, then plugged into the onboard video port, obv you would not get a signal, as the onboard video would be off in bios.
put your system back together.
