NO SOUND
HI I HOPE U CAN HELP ME, I HAVE A BAD, DEEP VIRUS !!! I ALL OF A SUDDEN DONT HAVE AUDIO SOUND ANYMORE,NO SOUND REALLY, I'VE DEFRAGGED,RESTORED 3 TIMES TILL IT COULDNT RESTORE NO MORE, THEN I PUT RECOVER CD AND STILL HAVE PROBLEM! I'M WORKING ON SECOND COMPUTER CUZ THE FIRST ONE WONT LET ME GET TO SECOND TAB THE PAGE BECOMES ALL WHITE, ITS REAL SLOW AND SLUGGISH. THEN IT ENTERS 3 OF THE PAGES ONLINE, WITH POP UPS ALL THE TIMETHRU IT. WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO, DOWNLOADED NEW VIRUS REMOVER , RELOADED ALL AUDIO DRIVERS AND STILL NO SOUND.

We can't really help you without the PC Model Number and Operating System - too many different Dell models.
However, if youy have a Virus and it's affecting the sound and other items in the PC in most cases your best (only) option is to reformat the hard drive and do a complete reinstall. You will probably lose all your user data too, if you try to backup your user data to some removeable media (or an external hard drive) the virus will also attach to the backup media and then when you try to restore the user data you will be back in the same situation with the virus on the PC.
(Also, all capitals is considered shouting on this forum - and all capitals are harder to read).
