I apologize for the missing info, first timer! It is a Dimension 4700 with the original version of Windows that was loaded at time of purchase. Where do I find the video card? Thank you for the help!
Always include the PC model and version of Windows in your posts, :emotion-5: Looks like a reference to an X300 video card. Power off and unplug, press/hold power button for ~15 sec. Open the case and reseat the video card in the slot. Then close the case and see if it boots now. Otherwise, you may have to replace the card, or switch to onboard video, if your PC model supports onboard video.
Did you reseat the video card? USB or PS/2 keyboard? Check the cables. If USB, try a different port on rear of PC. When was last time you replaced motherboard battery?
