Nothing is working

I replaced my Power supply, motherboard, ram, and cpu and now when i turn it on, the cpu turns on, but the mouse, keyboard, and monitor do not. I also noticed that in the front the one light stays on. Its the light with the cylinder above it. My dell is a 2year old Dimension 4600. Although i don't think that will matter because its basically a totally new computer.

The front panel light with the cylinder is the hard drive access indicator.  On the back panel, what do the 4 diagnostic LED's indicate following attempted startup?  See this for assistance:

What LED's are light on the back of the machine? Are there any beeps while booting up. Try unplugging everything except the monitor (including mouse, keyboard, anything except power and monitor). All PCI cards if there are any except the video if there is one. If there is one, try reseating it.
Turn the power on with that and see what you get if anything.

I never knew that Dell installed ABIT motherboards in the D-4600 systems?    :smileywink:
