Nvidia GeForce4 MX 420

Hello. I have a dimension 4550 and it came with a Nvidia GeForce4 MX 420 and i'm now shopping around for a new graphics card:smileywink: I have been wanting to play 3d games such as Fable, World of Warcraft, Doom 3, ect... and my current graphics card can not handle these games:smileysad:. When i first start the game a little message will come up saying that my graphics card cannot support the pixel shading needed for this game. So I was shopping around and found this card....the nvidia Geforce 6800. What my question is, would i be able to run this on my system? I downloaded some software onto my computer to find some information about my graphic interface and i found the following information: Version - AGP version 2.0  Transfer Rate - 4x     Max. Supported - 4x
I'm not exactly sure what all that means but under the specifications about the Nvidia 6800, it said Interface - AGP 4x/8x. Is that going to be a problem if i put this graphics card on my computer:womanmad:?

Thanks:smileyhappy:

No it will be fine agp your computer uses agp 4x and that card can use both 8x and 4x so it will work

Keep in mind that although the Geforce 6800 will run those games well, and work with your system, if the rest of your system is too low end the games still might not run well.

Well my processor is a intel pentium 4 and it seems that my system is pretty good, except for the graphics card:smileytongue:
