Optiplex 380
Hi people,
I have a client using dell optiplex 380. his problem is when he is working on his computer the screen goes off but the the system unit is still on. After like a minute or so the you see the computer restarting. At first i thought its the memory so changed it but there was no luck. then changed hard disk still no luck. i ended up changing the motherboard of the the same series but still doing the same. and also shows a message of graphic drivers .
please help cause i have two clients with the same problem.

HI,
Check power supplies and the video cards too. You could be experiencing power fluctuation do to a bad power supply or a capacitor at the PWB.

Thanks will check on that cause that is the only thing i haven’t check and get back to inform if it worked
