OptiPlex 9010 Bios update Error !
Hi there,
I am using Dell Optiplex 9010 / Windows 8 64 bit, recently I have updated my Bios from A13 to A17 using this. During the update process it showed an error message similar to this:
ME FW Update Failed: Internal error: FWU_Buffer
The computer still boots up normally, I ran dxdiag and msinfo32 , and it shows that I have A17 bios installed.
I tried running the Bios update multiple times but the same error message shows.
The problem is the Intel Management Engine that embedded in the BIOS is not updated.

Hi Donalddavid,
The BIOS revision details do not say anything about an updated Intel management engine, just the Intel PXE ROM.
