Optiplex 960 will not boot
Every time I try to get into BIOS, I get the following error message:
Lights 1,2 and 3 are lit on the diagnostics. I took the coin cell out as instructed.
Any other ideas?

So I completely removed the 2 TB drives from my computer and it was able to boot.... I had no idea that a 960 would not like 2 TB drives
