optiplex 980

Hello every one. my name  is Alex. I am lab tech. support. I have optiplex 980 desktop pc.

There was a troubleshoot with PSU but i fixed it with replacing him with standard 24 pins Power Supply

(like in this website - 5kw.dk/.../dell_nonstandard_power_connector.htm;) 

Well now i have flash light on motherboard what means 3.3v have on motherboard.

But still wan't turn on the M.B. And i have 1 & 3 Diagnostic Lights.

Any suggestions ? If some one can get me a schema of this motherboard (OD441T ) will be just great.
