OptiPlex GX260

Hi, I'm new here so don't go to crazy about how my post is about the needed help. Well I got an Optiplex GX260. When I power it up it loads and then it just goes to a black screen with white text. The text it has is:

ThinkVantage Secure Data Disposal Utility 3.
Date and time of execution
Command executed
Return code



Nothing else after that just stays there with an underscore blinking. Can't type nothing.
