outlook express icon

i had to format my dell 8100 p4 1800mgz win xp gforce3 ti200 i did this with the help of you great tech guys but this time you left me hangin the tech guy told me just to pop in my win xp cd and let it run it may ask to verify that i have win me disc and it did but when install was complete i had no icons in my taskbar just to the left of my start button i got exploror to get there but outlook is not how can i get the outlook button next to my exploror button the way it was b4

Go to Start|All Programs and right-click Outlook Express. Select "Send to|Desktop (create shortcut)". When the shortcut appears on your desktop, drag it to the Quick Launch toolbar. (You may have to right-click the tasklbar at the bottom of your screen and uncheck "Lock the toolbar" before you do so. You can recheck "Lock the toolbar" after the shortcut has been posted.

thank you very much i was on the phone for a long time with the techs and they couldnt do what you did in 2 secs god help us all thanx
