Outlook Express Stopped Working.

My Wife's computer recently stopped opening emails properly.  Her and I both use Outlook Express and the other day she tried to open up an email and it came up with the sender/receiver and topic.  The body, however, is blank and there is a constant busy cursor over it as if it's trying to open it but can't.  This happens to all emails, HTML or plain text.

She used AdAware, Spybot S&D, and CWShredder.  The only thing they found was "sysupd.exe" which we then removed (and it was a pain in the, I tell you what, heh).  However, this did not fix her problem with email.  I'm going to include a copy of her HijackThis log below, but it looks clean to me.  Maybe i'm missing something, though.  (I'll also post this in the Virus/Worms board, maybe she has one...)

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix up her outlook?
