Outlook Express

I'm attempting to revert to outlook express as my msn explorer e-mail page. I had previously sent it to recycle bin. I have it back in programs, but it will not reinstall the icon to my desktop or shortcut bar.

When you 'Removed' it to the Recycle Bin did you uninstall it using the Add/Remove programs function in the control panel or did you just delete it?
