Outlook Express&MSN

Is there anyway I can make MSN Instant Messenger (MSNIM) STOP Loading into MSCONFIG? Right now all I have set to load is System Tray. Whenever I open Outlook Express It opens MSN on the taskbar (by the time) and puts it in msconfig to load when I restart. I want something like a Thing to BLOCK MSN and AIM. Thanks! -Greg

Well, one place you might look at is when you open Outlook Express, go into Tools---> Options and go to the General Tab. The fourth selection down asks about automatically logging into Windows (MSN) Messenger. You might want to clear that box and see what happens.
