Power Button Doesn't Work
The power button and restart buttons on my 8100 don't seem to work. I can't do a hard reboot by pressing any of the buttons on the machine itself. Anyone know why?

There is no reset button on the 8100. The small button you normally think would be the reset is button is the E-Support Button button, which doesn't do anything since Dell discontinued Resolution Assistant back in July. To power off your computer using the power button, you need to press and hold it for about 8 seconds.
