power button on dimension 4500
I cannot start my Dell Dimension 4500 by using the power button. I accidentally turned off the power strip and now I can't start the computer! This has happened once before and I just kept pushing it and it finally worked, but this time it won't!!!

Unplug everything from the wall.
Try power on.
Wait 1 min.
Then plug just power cable to system
power on
