Power Supply Cables
When I looked up the DC Power Cable layout at the support website for my XPS T600 . there were seven (7) connectors shown. My power supply has a additional connector labeled as P9. The P9 connector is the same as the P2, 3, 5 & 6 connectors.
Note - the present connections for my system are as follows: P2 - Primary HD; P6 - DVD; P9 - CDRW (instead of the P5 which is right next to it).
Also, I'm adding a second hard drive and have found that the P3 connector won't reach it.
Questions - Why the extra connector? and Is there an extension available so I can connect the P3 to the second hard drive?
Any help on the above would be appreciated.
