Power supply

I have a Dimension XPS T550. Power went out last night and this morning my computer won't turn on.
 
I know nothing about the internal workings of computers.
 
Can anyone help me out here?

Was it plugged into a surge protector? Could be a few things, you'd probably have to get someone to look at it, but then again, that may cost more than it's worth. If God took it out, here's your excuse to buy a new system. I recommend the XPS 400.
