Precision 690 upgrade
Hi all,
I have a Precision Workstation 690 and I would like to upgrade the memory.
I found a a cheap ECC DDR3 memory (M393B5170FHD-CF8, 4GB 2Rx4 PC3 - 8500R is written on it)
The question is that can I use this memory in the 690 or only DDR2 memory's?

Hi poczi,
Precision Workstation 690 supports only 533-MHz or 667-MHz Fully Buffered DDR2 SDRAM(memory).
