Precision t3500 won't boot

I recently had a lightning strike nearby, taking out cable modem and other electronics.  My Precision T3500 won't boot now, not even the splash screen / Dell logo appears.  I have tried all resets of BIOS / CMOS and memory sticks, display adapters, etc.  The diagnostic lights are 'normal', however the network light stays rapidly flashing.  Has anybody ever encountered this problem ?  I am hoping (wishing) that the mobo didn't get fried.  Any help would be appreciated.... tia :)
