I did a Google Search for that code you are speaking of and two individuals had the same code come up but no clear answer.  They had to call tech support and give them the error code to trouble shoot.  You may have to do the same.  Good luck with tech support.  Hope, maybe someone would know if its the video card or something else that can be fixed easily...

Did that video test state it would run with your Radeon 9800 Pro video card?

Not sure how to answer your question. Are you asking if the test result is valid with the Radeon video card installed, or if the test is incomplete because it does not test the Radeon card? I just followed the instructions from someone in Tech support (hardware). Since the diagnostic testing was described as testing hardware, I assumed the failed test indicated a hardware probelm, but the person referred me to this forum because the error code indicates a software problem. Your screen name indicates you are a Dell person; can you help with this error code? I looked up the Display devices on my machine. Below are the two entries:

128MB DDR ATI Radeon 9800 Pro

128MB DDR ATI Radeon 9800 Pro Sec
