Problem with Word documents in Windows 2000

Question

Somehow I have changed a default setting to open all my Word documents with Adobe PhotoDeluxe format. I was trying to have one document open with PhotoDeluxe and the next thing I know, every Word document tries to come up in Adobe.

How do I change the default back? I tried the Tools/Option/Save tab but it doesn't help. Thanks for some input.

Find any of your word documents that you have saved. It does not matter what word document. RIGHT click on it and click PROPERTIES. Click the button that says CHANGE where it says OPENS with. Find the MICROSOFT WORD. Click OK. On the next page click APPLY. This should fix it.
