It depends on your expectations. The 3000 is a budget system, with no fast video and slower RAM than mid-line or higher systems. Hopefully you ordered it with a minimum of 512M of RAM - you'll lose a good chunk of that to video.

It will be faster, but you won't notice a night and day difference.

Thanks for the reply, yes it does have 512MB Ram as I said this is a refurbished model, and I did get a good price on it. I was just curious about the speed difference. O well after having a slow Celeron for many years with intergrated video I guess I won't miss anything. Even my Dell i1000 laptop is celeron but i am happy with it as i mostly use it at my work to watch movies.
