psu dimension 8300

Question

i want to replace my standard dell 250w psu for a 350/400w psu. Is it possible to replace it by any other ?. I read something about cutting wires and stuff, and cutting holes to make it all fit. Because im not very happy to that im open for any suggestion.   Bassieeee

The power supplies here, are without the on/off switch and should fit your D-8300 case without having to modify the back panel
