questin!!! pls help

ok!  I have I mean I had  windows xp home edition and I was a little bored so I decided to change  the sistem operator   from xp home edition, to windows server 2003 enterprise edition. I though that I will be able to change the sistem operator at any time.. but when I  decided to get back xp home I could not,  I went  to my computer then properties advanced then start up and recovery, sittings and finally  default operating sistem:  well  I did not see another sistem operator just windows server 2003. \
 
is there anything to help me ?  lol    do not say buy  xp.  well  if there is no way  I will take that answer.

TENARES55,

If you changed from XP to Server 2003 you should still have the CD for reinstallation of Windows XP. Reinstall XP from that CD using the procedure here.

I found   the xp cd  but when I try to instal, it does not work  what am i doing wrong?
 
I know that it is just put the cd and it will start automaticly. it does start but the button install xp does not work. do i need any additional program to do that?

Did you try booting from the CD????

Insert CD. Restart Computer.

(make sure your CD ROM is the first boot device, or tap F12 key after restarting and choose atapi CD rom.

press any key to boot from CD.

Follow instuctions.

msil217   u got it   thanks, u save me a lot of money I was about to buy a new program or a new pc as I say before thanks alot  :smileyvery-happy::smileyvery-happy:   I so happy.  this forum is the best
