re-instating previous computer day in DOS
I've done this before but forgot how to make the computer put the information back from the previous day.. I've deleted something that was pretty important by mistake :o) my fault..

- Click on START | SHUTDOWN, and choose the option Restart in MSDOS mode.
- When you are at the C: prompt, type in SCANREG /RESTORE
- You will be given 5 options of backup registries, each with its own date. Choose a date that was previous to the problem you are having and press Enter.
- The computer should reboot.
