REFURRBISHED SYSTEM EXCHANGE

A refurbished system exchange means you will be receiving a " refurbished" system in exchange for your system.I don't know how long you have had your present system or what was wrong with it, but there's nothing wrong with a refurbished system. I bought a dimension 4400 refurb & a refurb Dell lcd monitor a year ago and I love them. I'm not happy at all with Dell tech support, but that's another story.

Oh yes, the system should include an 8250 tower,keyboard , and mouse identical in configuration with the one you will be sending back. Dell should pay for shipping both ways.

THE reason why you are going to recieve a refurbished system is becuase they no longer manufacture the 8250 model anymore. It really is no big deal. Usually when you recieve a refurb exchange they add a few features to make up for the refurb, although they are as good as new. I am not guarenteeing they wqill add items though but it is likely.

THANK YOU FOR THE INFORMATION - I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPUTER SINCE DAY ONE WHICH WAS ONLY 3 MONTHS AGO AND I'M DONE WASTING MY TIME WITH TECH SUPPORT.   I HAVE SPENT MORE TIME TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPUTER THAN I HAVE CLEANING MY HOUSE. 

IS THAT CORRECT THAT I WILL BE GETTING A NEW KEYBOARD AND MOUSE WITH THIS NEW REFURB SYSTEM?

More than likely the answer is yes. Check with customer service to verify it. But the standard keyboard and mouse dell sends aren't anything to look forward to. I mothballed my keyboard and mouse for a dell enhanced performance usb keyboard and a logitech optical mouse. The usb keyboard has a 2 port usb hub in it and the optical mouse vastly outperforms the junk that's sent with the computer. You should be able to get either one on ebay for $20 including shipping.
