Replacing video card
I have a Dell Dimension 8300 desktop computer. I would like to replace the video card with a GEFORCE 6200 PCI card. The card requires that the PCI slot be PCI 2.1 compliant. I have read that the 8300 is PCI 2.2 compliant. Is it possible to use this GEFORCE card that just arrived today in my computer? I realize that I would have been better off ordering an AGP video card, but I did not do that.

If the card has 2 Keyways in the PCI edge connector AKA PCI 2.2 or 2.3 there are no reasons why it should not work.
