Runtime Error

When I go on the internet and visit web sites, I get a "A runtime error has occured", "Do you wish to debug?"
This is coming more and more frequent.
Has anyone experienced this?
Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

all you do is go to tools> internet options>advanced> then check "disable script debuggin"

Also uncheck Display a message about all page errors.
