I have to click on shutdown twice to get my computer to shut off . Ihave a dell 4100 system with win. me just started this lately any help would be appreciated!
are you running aol also? if so, there is a conflict with winme. an aol tech had to help me resolve the prob over the phone, but it DID get resolved.
also go to microsofts' website, and there is a download you can try.
