Software Restore

When I try to restore my system with zztop it says invalid dump and I already reinstalled windows. What should I do?

I need help a lot because nobody seems to know what they are doing.

What you must do is format your hdd and reinstall windows as ZZTOP does work only on a recent computer. if older, the image of your hdd becomes corrupted.

See my post here. If you have already formatted your hard disk, your ZZTOP image is a thing of the past. The links in my post provide excellent information on getting a clean start.

How do you format your Hard Drive. By the way my computer is a 3 month old Diension 4100.
