Sound Recorder
I have a dimension 4600c Series, Intel Pentium 4 Processor at 3 GGHz. 24X CD-RW/DVD Combination Drive.
Integrated Audio. Integrated 10/100 Ethernet. And YES it did work before. I would go there to check out my microphone and the volume levels all the time. But now can't get it to open to where I see RECORD.
When I click on File/New nothing happens. Before when it was working right it would open a screen where I would see RECORD.

If this is something that just happened or recently happened, the System Restore MAY get it back. System Restore can be found in Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools. Select a restore point PRIOR to first having the problem. System Restore won't delete any user data or e-mails (this is not a complete reinstall, just a "fall back" to an earlier time).
