Hey guys, I have one question. When I start up windows after a fresh shutdown ... I seem to only have 86% resources free. I have 384 megs of RAM, and I decided that this must be wrong. Therefore, i went to "msconfig" to the startup tab, and I have a question whether I can disable these startup ones:

Note: Some things might still need to be kept their becuase of Norton Antivirus + Utilites. Also note that I did not include all things, becuase some I already took off since I knew they were NOT needed (or some I did leave since i knew they were needed)

I run win98Se. The onmes with an "*" denote ones that I do not know what they do and if they are needed. It would be very nice if someone could identify these programs and/or tell me if I can take them off. THANK YOU!!!!
