I've been puzzled by this program as well, and have tried to find out what it does. The only thing I have been able to find so far is a discussion HERE. You have to page down quite a bit to find the discussion of Loadqm in the thread. The conclusion seems to be that it comes with MSN Explorer. I have it disabled in msconfig just to see what, if any effect it has. If it is related to MSN Explorer, which I don't use, then I may never see what happens. I'll keep you informed if I find out anything else.
