Startup program

Question

I have a program running on startup called LOADQM. I know it's a Mircosoft Qmgr, I know that because I can right click on the file in c:\windows directory that's what it says it is. But what is it? what does it do?

I've been puzzled by this program as well, and have tried to find out what it does. The only thing I have been able to find so far is a discussion HERE. You have to page down quite a bit to find the discussion of Loadqm in the thread. The conclusion seems to be that it comes with MSN Explorer. I have it disabled in msconfig just to see what, if any effect it has. If it is related to MSN Explorer, which I don't use, then I may never see what happens. I'll keep you informed if I find out anything else.
