Storage limit - Dimension 8300
Recently, I checked the Dell Outlet to see what it was all about... basically. Anyways, it had a fairly thorough description of each computer variant on the Outlet. I noticed that it also told the user of his maximum available storage space... IE, on the XPS Gen 4 a maximum of 400 GB is available.
Being that I am looking to mildly upgrade my computer (RAM, HD, and GPU), I decided that I had better look for the max on my computer. The reason being, I do a lot of video editing, and I have about 50 GB available to use per video. Believe it or not, I was running out of space, video just devours it away.
Anyways, I checked the forums and looked at my system documentation, and either the information wasn't there, or I couldn't find it. Can anyone help?
Now, I'm wondering...
1.) Is that with all drives counted together? Or is that just 400 GB maximum
per drive?
2.) What is the storage maximum on the Dimension 8300, and again, is that
per drive or all totaled?
Thanks.
