Studio One 19 LCD Failure

Took delivery of a new system today.

Unpacked it and started to use it, everything was fine. Went away for a couple of hours and left the system running and when I returned I found the LCD blank and no amount of turning off and on would get it to stay on.

Upon power on I would see momentarily the DELL splash screen and then I would hear the Window 7 startup musics, another momentary display showing the Windows sign-in screen and then blank.

Spent 45 minutes on the phone to Dell and they're supposedly arranging a tech. to come out tomorrow and replace the LCD screen.

Anyone else encounter this type of failure?
