What operating system do you have, and what exact error message are you recieving.....i ask because when i search for Sysreg at mkb, nothing shows up... so in order for us to help, we'll need as much info that you can get from that message...
okay, its a trojan.exe backdoor virus..... you should update the antivirus, and scan your computer for the virus. If you dont have an antivirus installed you can use the link which creeper has suggested, or download norton's antivirus 2003 trial version. once you have the virus cleared, i highly suggest purchasing an antivirius program... i would reocomend nortons antivirus 2003..
Every search turns up a trojan virus. Just to check on that aspect of your problem, follow the advice I offered earlier and post back with the results of the scans.
If they are negative that's good news.
If they are positive we will know what the next step should be.
I'm using Windows 98 for my operating system and have continually updated Norton running constantly. I did a scan with Norton and it did not find anything.
ok I am getting the same error and was told to check and see if it is trojan so I went to the web site posted and had it check for a virus or anything and NOTHING came up! So now what? If I have to REFORMAT I am going to SCREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am getting NOWHERE and I guess I am losing it!(sorry) SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
