System freeze

Recenlty had 3 new PC's delivered and all three have the same problem. The system freezes for approx 3 seconds and then comes back to life. This happens a lot and is getting very frustrating. Any ideas what might be causing it?

The whole PC locks up. This only happens for a few seconds and then it comes back to life again. But it happens on a regular basis. The mouse and keyboard both stop responding. I don;t know whether it is a mouse/keyboard problem or a PC problem. I have switched off the power save functions for the PC but it still does it.

My company has purchased at least 50 units with the same problem...Please let me know if you find an answer.
