System problems with new 1GHz Dimension

Hello! My system did not come with Windows 2000 as I expected. It was preinstalled with Windows 98 Second Edition, and I'm also frequently experiencing errors on programs that say that my 'math co-processor is not available'. Overall I am unhappy! What should I do? Thank you.

If you really think you received other than what you ordered you may want to repost in the 'Customer Service - General' conference. You will probably get a better information about your situation there...... Use the 'jump to a conference' pull down menu on the top right......

If you ordered win2000 and it was sent with win98,I'd sent the system back.I know this is hard to do sometimes after waiting,but you probably going to have system for sometime and should get what you want. Call customer service and tell them you want to return system,pointing out that it was their error. Stand your ground,get what you want and be happy.
