time when email arrives

i restored my puter and for some reason when i get emails it doesnt give the right time that the emails arrive. the clock in the corner of my puter is right but not my email times. also i agree with some of the others to try to get aperson to speak english when trying to restore your puter is almost impossible and my puter runs worse now then when i restored it
