Ulead VideoStudio 7 Softwrap LockFile Error
i just downloaded the trial version, and installed, but when I try to load it, a Softwrap error comes up saying that
Can't find the license file "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Softwrap\ULEADUVS0415\vstudio.sw."
Softwrap cannot continue until the license file is replaced in the same directory as the title.
The problem is that I can't access the Documents folder. It says "access is denied" I've tried logging in as administrator and I couldn't get in. Is there another way around this with the softwrap, or how can I get in the folder? thanks

Gearu,
Post this to the software board for the version of windows installed on your system. Note that this may be a problem caused by the software that you installed and you may need to contact the provider of this software to get a fix for it.
